Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

β€’ All our products (digital or physical) are carefully checked before delivery.

β€’ Refunds/replacements are allowed only under the conditions specified below.

β€’ Customized products (with printed business details, logos, etc.) are non-returnable except in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.

2. Refund & Return Eligibility

(A) Digital Services / Software Subscriptions

βœ… Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate subscriptions or billing errors caused by our system/payment gateway.

❌ Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction based on preference once service is active.
  • Partial use of subscription.
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions.

Refund Window: Requests must be made within 1 day of purchase.

(B) Physical Products (Customized Orders)

βœ… Refunds or replacements allowed only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • NFC Card / Standee has a manufacturing defect (e.g., QR not scannable).

Conditions:

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with video proof recorded while opening the package.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Wrong business information, spelling mistakes, or design errors provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after printing/shipping.
  • Normal wear & tear or mishandling of products.

3. Return / Replacement Process

Initiation: Contact us via email (smartydigitals@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 8788416911) with order details, photos/videos, and reason.

Authorization: Our team will review and provide return/replacement instructions.

Shipping Costs: For defective/incorrect items, SmartyD covers replacement shipping. For other cases, the customer bears return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Refunds will not include shipping/handling charges (unless the error is from SmartyD).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • Booking/Token amount is strictly non-refundable.

6. Warranty Policy

  • NFC/Digital Cards do not come with any warranty.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund/replacement request has been unfairly denied, you may escalate the matter to our support team. A final review and resolution will be provided.

8. Policy Updates

SmartyD may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on our website/app with the new β€œLast Updated” date.
